TETRA Ireland Support Services
Tetra Ireland provides a 24 x 365 end to end support to our customers. Customer Service Management covers all aspects of TETRA Ireland‘s day-to-day interaction with our customers including, answering queries, dealing with radio problems and managing issues on the TETRA Ireland network. The specific support model for each agency can be customised for each individual agencies requirements and is based around the following structures:
Level 1: Customer Service
The TETRA Ireland Customer Service Centre provides a one stop shop for resolution of all support queries from network and application issue resolution to subscriber and terminal support and repair. All support queries are logged and tracked using the TETRA Ireland portal application which provides customers with an online view (via a private network connection ) of their trouble tickets and of the network status. Our dedicated CSC team proactively managed each issue to resolution.
Level 2: Network Management and Operation
Our Customer Service Centre team is backed up by our 24 hour Network Management Centre s who proactively monitor and maintain the network and our managed service offerings on a 24 x7 basis. TETRA Ireland has a nationwide field service team with a presence in each county to allow for network fault resolution and maintenance of customer equipment installations.
Level 3
To complete our end to end support model Motorola provides vendor level support for the overall network platform on 24x365 basis.
